A pretty addition to your appetizer plate. Try combining this with Stuffed Dill Pickles for an attractive combination plate!
- Clean carrots.
- Peel cucumbers leaving strips of green for color.
- Cut cucumbers in half across the middle.
- Using apple corer, remove center of cucumbers.
- Push carrot into the hold in the cucumber.
- Slice cucumber into even sized rounds (I like to use a crinkle cut tool for fun).
