''stuffed'' Bell Peppers Casserole

I wanted to try something different from the way I usually make stuffed peppers, and threw everything in the crockpot and it came out delicious!

• Cook Time: 4 hrs

Ingredients:

Servings: 6

• ½ lb hamburger
• ½ lb sausage
• ½ lb hot sausage
• 1 (10 ½ ounce) can cambells tomato soup
• 1 (8 ounce) envelope knorrs Spanish rice
• 1 cup of your favorite spaghetti sauce
• 1 cup water
• 2 teaspoons salt
• 2 large green peppers , chopped
• ½ cup onion , chopped
• 1 tablespoon oil

Directions:

1. Saute onions in oil until soft.
2. Add hamburger and sausages. Brown.
3. Put in crockpot.
4. Add the rest of the ingredients and set crockpot for 4 hours.
5. Add a little water if it starts to get dry.
