  1. preheat oven to 375.
  2. Remove tops and seeds from peppers.
  3. cook in boiling water for 5 minute.
  4. brown ground beef with onion ; drain the fat.
  5. combine other ingrediants and then add to the meat mixture.
  6. place in oven for 30 minute.
