Simple and delicious!
- Preheat oven to 450°F.
- Pit each date and cut the other end just a little.
- Put ricotta into zip lock bag and snip off small corner.
- Squeeze ricotta into date until it starts coming out the other end. You won't use up the ricotta.
- Cut bacon in half.
- Wrap each date with bacon and secure with toothpick.
- Bake until bacon is done (turning once), about 8 minutes each side.
- Serve warm!
