A delicious twist on Cheesey Mac. This version has an oriental hint but is packed with flavor.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 2 (7 1/2 ounce) boxesany brand macaroni and cheese mix
  • 2 large onions, chopped
  • 14 cup soy sauce (more or less to taste)

  1. Crumble ground beef in a skillet add onions. Cover mixture with soy sauce and cook until onions are cooked through and no pink remains in the beef. Keep warm and set aside. DO not drain!
  2. Cook Macaroni according to package directions, drain and place in large mixing bowl.
  3. Once macaroni is cooked mix in the melted butter and coat macaroni.
  4. Mix in one packet of cheese sauce and stir to combine.
  5. Add the beef an onion mixture on top of macaroni. Spread out evenly.
  6. Add second packet of cheese sauce on top of beef mixture.
  7. Mix together the beef, onions and cheese sauce until the dry cheese is completely mixed inches.
  8. Serve hot.
