- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1⁄2 cup water
- 3 cups wide egg noodles, uncooked
