  1. Fantastic coffee cake! More moist than other coffee cakes I've had. I love Streusel so I use 3/4 c. brown sugar, 2 1/2 tsp. cinnamon, 4 Tbsp butter or marg. ( I melt it), and 4 Tbsp. flour. Thanks for the recipe. I made a 9x13 pan for my husband to take to work this morning and everyone wants the recipe!

  2. Made this today. Delicious, especially when it's warm. It's been many years since I made coffee cake. Will definitely make it again.

  3. I doubled the Streusel as well. I used a 9x13 and had a hard time splitting the batter. I poured it all in, topped it with a frozen berry mix, followed by the Streusel topping and baked for 40 min...wonderful!

  4. Nice flavour. I used whole wheat flour, and found it kind of doughy, but that is really my own fault. Not all recipes adapt to whole wheat well. We still ate the whole pan, which says its pretty good cake.

  5. This is very good! Easy to prepare with everything on hand and it bakes up so moist and light! I love the addition of nuts in the streusel! Like other reviewers suggested, I too doubled the streusel and each bite was delicious! Mine took about 43 minutes to bake, maybe because I used the 9" pan, plus the extra streusel added. I prefer this recipe over my old standby any time! Thanks Marlene!:)
