What a great summer drink or breakfast smoothie!
- 1 package frozen strawberries
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1⁄3 cup skim milk powder
- 3⁄4 cup water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Place everything in a powerful blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
This is a great drink! I use skim milk, no powder or water. I also add a packet or two of splenda and usually add a banana. If my strawberries aren't frozen, I'll add a couple of ice cubes to make it frothy! Thanks for posting!
I made this with mixed frozen berries. Nice and simple and it was good to find a recipe that didn't require milk as I was completely out of fresh but did have milk powder and yogurt.
