Strawberry Whipped Cream

- 1 cup whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 cups strawberries
directions
- With a fork, mash the strawberries and set aside.
- Whip the cream till stiff peaks form, add sugar.
- Gently fold in the strawberries.

simple yummy perfect stawberry goodness. thanks for posting. I did add a little strawberry extract because it was on the counter, dont' think it was necessarily needed though. yum
