I use this on salads. It's delicious!! (Cook time is stand time, there's no cooking)

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 lb strawberry, trimmed
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 cups white balsamic vinegar

Directions

  1. Pulse berries with sugar until finely chopped and juicy.
  2. Transfer to bowl and add vinegar.
  3. Let stand one hour.
  4. Strain through fine mesh.
