Makes a nice change of pace when substituted in place of regular vinegar for salad dressing
- Place berries in a 2-cup glass jar and pour in the vinegar. Cover and set aside at room temperature for 3 days.
- Strain the strawberry vinegar through a fine sieve. Pour into a clean bottle, using a funnel if necessary, cap tightly and store in a cool dark place.
