I found this recipe on the smuckers web site. It is very good on a strawberry salad. You can use sugar free preserves, or any flavor preserve.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together preserves vinegar, mustard and pepper, until thoroughly emulsified.
- gradually whisk in olive oil, then water.
Love it!! I didn't want to pay over $4 for this awesome vinaigrette so thank you for saving me. I added a tbsp of sugar just because I like my dressings a little sweet. I will make this again and never buy in the store. Thanks for sharing Sandy!!
