Worked great for me, using fresh strawberries. A fairly sweet dressing. I chose this one because it had cider vinegar and not balsamic (which I don't have).

  1. Place the strawberries in a blender.
  2. Cover and process until smooth.
  3. Add lemon juice and sugar.
  4. While processing, gradually add vinegar and oil in a steady stream and process until thickened.
  5. Stir in poppy seeds.
  6. Place in a jar and refrigerate until serving time.
