I am a elementary school teacher and a mommy of 1 beautiful little girl. Sadly, I was not born with the "cooking gene" and am actually known as the non-cook of the family. But, I want to cook! I love finding recipes that are easy enough for me to make, but good enough to "wow" everyone!
