A drink recipe from Everyday With Rachael Ray October 2006. I love strawberries, so it sounds delicious, but haven't tried it yet!

Ingredients Nutrition

  • ice cube
  • 1 ounce vodka (2 tablespoons)
  • 2 ounces strawberry schnapps (4 tablespoons)
  • club soda
  • 1 strawberry, halved

Directions

  1. Fill a tall highball glass with ice cubes. Add the vodka and schnapps and top with club soda. Garnish with the strawberry.

LOVE this drink! I added a bit of strawberry flavoring and made them the night before a get together in two pitchers (2 quart size). I also added half a bag of frozen strawberries to the pitchers. The drink was amazing... and too easy to drink. Be careful! They go down too easily!

It's really true that the simplest things are the best. I can not wait to host a dinner party and serve those. I doubt there is anyone who would not like this drink. Thank you for sharing this wonderful recipe.

myself and a GF enjoyed this wonderful drink, a great use for my strawberry schnapps that has been sitting in my cupboard forever, thanks Shelby!
