This is great on any kind of bread, I like it best on bagels..oh yum. and LF.
- 3 ounces fat free cream cheese
- 1⁄4 cup coarsely chopped strawberry (raspberries, blueberries, blackberries)
- sugar substitute, 2 packages
- Combine ingredients and use as a spread.
- Can be doubled.
I doubled the recipe by using one 8 oz. block of regular Philadelphia cream cheese. I added a few tablespoons of milk to get a softer consistency. Nice fresh flavor.
I used regular cream cheese as did the other reviewer. I should have read her review and used the milk as the consistency of mine was a bit chunky. Tasted good and was easy, but will use the milk next time!
