This was so beautiful, Carol. The perfect romantic drink. The strawberries and cranberry juice go so well together and give a wonderful sweet-tart flavor. The bubbly of the champagne is the perfect compliment to those flavors. Thanks so much ;-)

YUM!! I used fresh strawberries and they were delicious paired with the cranberry juice. These are so easy to make and are SO pretty to serve. My guests loved them! Thanks for sharing Carol!

These drinks were great. You could not even taste the alcohol which could be a little dangerous but the buzz you get warns you. If you wanted a non-alcoholic version, you could probably use gingerale or soda water.

I made a child friendly version of this for my daughters first birthday by subbing ginger ale for the champagne. We got many compliments during our party that it was quite yummy...
I can only imagine how good it would be with champagne!!
We did have a problem with the strawberries... even blended, they all floated to the top of the punch bowl instead of blending it... it didn't bother the taste at all, just the look of it...
Great punch and maybe I will surprise the DH one day and pop that bottle of bubbly to try out the full version!
      Thanks!

I just made this refreshing, tasty drink. I put the frozen strawberries in the blender with the cranberry juice. After blending them I poured it over diet ginger ale. I didn't have any champagne in the house. It's the consistency of a fruit smoothie and it's delicious. I'm sure it is probably good with the champagne but this way I can have it anytime and the kids can enjoy it too. Thanks for sharing.
