Wonderful morning smoothie, and to me, very filling for a breakfast on the run. I made 1/2 of the recipe and used 2% milk, the kind we keep on hand, instead of the soy milk, but otherwise, followed as written. Thanks for sharing the recipe. Made for PRMR Tag Game.
- 1 ripe banana
- 2 cups frozen strawberries (8 ounces)
- 1 cup soymilk (or milk of choice, almond is good)
