So simple and a great way to start your day. Enjoy!
- 1 ripe banana
- 2 cups frozen strawberries (8 ounces)
- 1 cup soymilk (or milk of choice, almond is good)
- 2 tablespoons honey
- Place all ingredients in the blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour into 2 glasses and enjoy!
Wonderful morning smoothie, and to me, very filling for a breakfast on the run. I made 1/2 of the recipe and used 2% milk, the kind we keep on hand, instead of the soy milk, but otherwise, followed as written. Thanks for sharing the recipe. Made for PRMR Tag Game.
Perfect! This is so simple - it can't get any better than this. I'm not the biggest fan of soy milk, and this is definitely the way to get me to drink more of it! Thanks for sharing.
