    A good breakfast alternative for people who don't have much time or appetite in the morning. The milk powder is optional, but it does add some extra calcium and protein, and really doesn't damage the taste.

      I put about a cup of ice in the blender first then the milk powder followed by roughly 1/4-1/3 cup of milk. The rest of the ingredients stayed the same although I did feel the need for some sugar (about 1 1/2 tsp. powdered sugar) as the yogurt I used was fat free. The result was a wonderfully thick and tasty strawberry milkshake! Wonderful

      This quick frothy drink made three one-cup servings. We fudged and added eight strawberries. Thanks for sharing your recipe with us.
