From the Fast Diet Book. I like to use a mixture of strawberries and blueberries. During the winter frozen fruit works well. Even though the directions say serve immediately, it keeps quite well.
- 1 small banana
- 1⁄2 cup plain fat-free yogurt
- 7 strawberries, trimmed and hulled (1 inch diameter)
- splash water
- cracked ice
- Blend banana, yogurt, strawberries, water, and ice until thick and creamy. Serve immediately.
