From the Fast Diet Book. I like to use a mixture of strawberries and blueberries. During the winter frozen fruit works well. Even though the directions say serve immediately, it keeps quite well.


  1. Blend banana, yogurt, strawberries, water, and ice until thick and creamy. Serve immediately.

Thank you for sharing your lovely recipe GibbyLou. My granddaughter and I enjoyed it very much. She said it was the bestest smoothie she has ever made and the wee girl loves her smoothies. It was perfect, great texture and a lovely flavor.
