Not quite a drink, not quite a sorbet, not like the slushies at the 7-11. Eat it immediately with a spoon, or let it sit and melt a bit and drink for a frosty cool libation. I lucked into half a flat of tiny, perfectly ripe strawberries from a roadside fruit stand. Perfect that afternoon, not going to keep till the next morning. This used up the last of the box. What a midnight snack! I had about a cup and a half of berries to use up. It came out a little thicker than the recipie, but DELICIOUS!

Sounds good - I make a similar one with club soda, frozen strawberries and splenda, and then don't need to add the ice. It works great. I'm going to try adding the lime to mine next time - great addition.

This is soooooo cool and refreshing. I cut back on the honey and probably used more strawberries than called for. The only thing I would do different is add less ice and crush it a little more before starting the blending. Made this in my Vita-Mix...on, high and done! Thanks!
