  1. Wash and hull strawberries.
  2. Place in container of electric blender,
  3. and process until smooth.
  4. Add sugar and brandy,
  5. and process until mixed.
  6. Yield: 1 1/2 Cups.

This was a delicious and easy-to-prepare strawberry sauce. I used Splenda instead of the sugar and couldn't tell the difference. We had it over ice cream but it would be good over pound or angel food cake too-maybe with a scoop of ice cream on the side! :)
