Strawberry Rhapsody Jam

3-4 jam jars
ingredients
- 3 cups crushed strawberries
- 1 cup crushed raspberries
- 1 cup unsweetened apple juice or 1 cup cranberry juice
- bernardin no-sugar needed fruit pectin (1 package)
- artificial sweetener (1 1/2 cups granulated sugar or 1 1/2 cups Splenda sugar substitute) (optional)
directions
- Preheat mason jars and Snap lids.
- Combine strawberries and raspberries and fruit pectin in a large deep stainless steel saucepan. Whisk in fruit pectin.
- If using sweetener, measure Splenda or sugar and set aside. Stirring constantly, bring fruit mixture to a boil over high heat. If using, add sweetener or sugar, and return mixture to a boil, stirring frequently. Boil 3 minutes. Remove form heat. Skim foam.
- Ladle into hot jars.

<br>I guess the dish that I am famous for is my Christmas ham - my family all comes home for Christmas, and if i don't have my ham they are dissapointed, and my grandson wants the pistachio squares!!! so I guess that is the dishes that I'm famous for.
