I have not tried this recipe. I got it from a recipe box that I got from a estate sale.
- 1⁄3 cup minute tapioca
- 1⁄3 cup sugar
- 2 cups milk
- 1 tablespoon butter (optional)
- 1 cup frozen sliced strawberries in syrup
- Combine tapicoa and sugar in saucepan.
- Add milk and butter.
- Let stand 5 minutes.
- Bring to a full boil, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat and cool 20 minutes.
- Gently stir in strawberries; serve warm.
