I like this one because it is good, and contains no fat. I clipped it from McCall's 1993 April issue.
- 16 ounces fresh frozen whole strawberries
- 1 (6 ounce) canfrozen orange juice, slightly thawed
- 2 cups skim milk
- 1 cup nonfat vanilla yogurt
- I blender or food processor, pulse berries to chop.
- Add orange juice concentrate; puree.
- Add milk and yogurt; blend.
