- 1⁄2 banana (frozen and cut into chunks)
- 1⁄2 - 2⁄3 cup low fat vanilla soymilk (tastes best, or low fat milk instead)
- 4 -5 strawberries (frozen)
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
- 1 (1 g) package stevia (or other sweetener equal to 1/2 tsp)
directions
- Pour milk, orange juice and sweetener into blender.
- Add frozen fruits.
- Blend until smooth.
