This recipe comes from the Fort Lauderdale newspaper. Apple juice may be substituted for the orange juice.
- 1 1⁄2 cups frozen unsweetened strawberries
- 1 banana, peeled and cut up
- 1⁄2 cup orange juice
- 1⁄2 cup nonfat vanilla yogurt
- 1⁄2 cup small ice cube
- In a blender, whirl together all ingredients until smooth and thick. Serve immediately.
