    LonghornMama's Note:

Recipe is from the Ultimate Southern Living Cookbook. Found the Banana Daiquiri variation in the earlier edition, the Southern Living Cookbook. Made all versions, sampled to make sure they were good, then stored in pitchers in the freezer until friends arrived.

each one is delicious but I tend to favor the pineapple if you can't find limeade in the store (which happened to me) make your own with 4oz. 100% lime juice and 2oz. water and put it into the freezer to slush over. i use powdered sugar.

I chose this recipe for PAC Spring '09. I love Daiquiris and this recipe is excellent. I made mine from strawberries but can't wait to try the other flavors. Thanks for posting.

Had friends stay over the week-end and every night was "Daiquiris Night". Made all four exactly as written and enjoyed all four (my personal favorites were peach and pineapple). Needless to say they left with the recipe! Thanks for a great week-end!
