- 1 cup non-fat strawberry yogurt
- 3⁄4 cup strawberry-banana nectar
- 1 large banana, peeled, sliced and frozen
- 5 strawberries, frozen or 3/4 cup quartered and frozen strawberries

- Blend all ingredients in a blender until very smooth.
- Serve and enjoy.
