This is a recipe from one of my smoothie books. I changed it slightly. Can be vegan if you use soy yogurt.
- 1 cup non-fat strawberry yogurt
- 3⁄4 cup strawberry-banana nectar
- 1 large banana, peeled, sliced and frozen
- 5 strawberries, frozen or 3⁄4 cup quartered and frozen strawberries
