  1. Dissolve the gelatin the boiling water.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients except the sour cream.
  3. Pour half of the mixture in a salad mold; let chill until firm.
  4. Cover with a layer of sour cream, then top with the remaining half of the mixture.
  5. Refrigerate until firm.
  6. Garnish with fresh strawberry and pineapple.
