Strawberry Lemonade II

• Yields: 1 1/2 quarts

ingredients

• 2 pints fresh strawberries, hulled and cut in half
• 1 1⁄2 cups sugar
• 3 cups cold water
• 1 1⁄2 cups fresh lemon juice

directions

1. Process the strawberries and sugar in a food processor until smooth.
2. I a large pitcher, combine the strawberry puree, water, and lemon juice; stir to blend.
3. Chill until very cold; then serve over ice.
