perfect lemonade for a summer picnic. Pretty pink color and great flavor.
- In a saucepan, bring the water, sugar and lemon zest to a boil.
- Place the strawberries and lemon juice in a pitcher.
- Add the hot syrup.
- Refrigerate until completely chilled, about 4 hours.
- Strain if desired, but do not press.
- Serve well chilled.
