Only three ingredients! Use fat-free yogurt to help keep the calorie count down.
- In a food processor or blender, combine the strawberries and sugar.
- Process for 20-30 seconds or until the strawberries are COARSELY chopped.
- Divide half of the mixture into four parfait glasses.
- Top with lemon yogurt and the remaining strawberries.
Couldn't find lemon yogurt so I had to use "lemon pie" yogurt by WW. This was delightful and refreshing! A nice combination of flavors and it's very pretty to serve.
This was so simple, and very fast! Love it! I made it for breakfast the other day for my little sister and I, and we loved it. We wanted a little "crunch" so added some shreddies cereal to it...very tasty.
