This sweet salad is not only beautiful but chock full of vitamin C and antioxidants. It is very tasty, quick and easy, and will satisfy even the most demanding sweet tooth. Throw in a handful of your favorite granola or some slivered almonds for a pleasant crunch!
- 2 -3 kiwi fruits, peeled and cut into bite-size pieces
- 8 -12 medium strawberries, hulled and cut into bite-size pieces
- 1⁄4-1⁄2 cup cream cheese fruit dip
