This is posted in response to a request. The recipe comes from the Ball Blue Book. I have not made this myself.
- Wash, stem and crush strawberries.
- Measure 5 cups into a large saucepot and add remaining ingredients.
- Stir to dissolve pectin.
- Bring to a boil, stirrring constantly.
- Boil 1 minute.
- Ladle into hot sterilized half pint jars, leaving 1/4 inch headspace.
- Process 10 minutes in a boiling water bath canner.
