Brilliant! I only used a 1/4 tsp Splenda which is all I needed, and I topped it off with fresh mint. I agree with Ladypit, I too make lots of smoothies but the use of the powered milk made all the difference, I loved it.

WOW. this is not quite ice cream but is so much creamier than a sorbet. i accidentally used 1/2 cup of dry milk, but i dont think it hurt the results ;) i used a couple tbsp of splenda and added the vanilla. it was so decadent, its definitely one the best recipes ive tried on zaar!

Excellent way to get your two a day in. I've been enjoying strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, peaches and blackberries this way for years. It's divine.

Fabulous I'm singing! Easy and wonderful! SO long since I've had anything 'ice cream-like' on core. Great also with peaches or raspberries

This is excellent. I used my blender and, although it was loud, it worked very well. I needed 4 tbsp. of water all together to get the consistency I wanted. Almost the consistency and taste of a strawberry milkshake. I make a lot of smoothies and the difference in taste with this one is the dry milk instead of regular milk. A great find. Thanks!

This is wonderful!!!!! It is a great replacement for calorie loaded ice cream. It is very easy to prepare. I followed the directions and was enjoying it in less than 10 minutes. Judy, Thanks for posting this great treat.
