You can use this glaze with strawberry pie or other fruit dessert. I use it to go with my fruit pizza when all I'm using is strawberries for the top. I've lightened it up with splenda. You can use real sugar.
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1⁄4 cup lemon juice
- 1⁄2 cup Splenda Sugar Blend for Baking
- 1 3⁄4 cups water
- Mix dry ingredients. Add liquids.
- Bring to boil.
- Cool a little and pour over dessert.
