- 1 (8 ounce) containerphilidelphia light strawberry cream cheese spread
- 1⁄2 cup chopped strawberry
- 1⁄4 teaspoon grated lemon, rind of
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- Combine cream cheese and strawberries in a medium bowl.
- Add grated lemon juice, lemon peel and mix well.
- Cover and refrigerate at least one hour for flavors to blend.
- Serve with fresh fruit dippers.
