From Woman's Day Magazine. I haven't tried it (the servings were a guesstimate), but it sounds intriguing and delicious! Tell me what you think!
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1⁄4 cup powdered sugar
- 1⁄8 cup sour cream
- 1 pint berries, hulled
- fruit (strawberries, melon, apple, and pineapple suggested)
- Puree all of the ingredients in a food processor.
- Serve with skewers of your favorite fruit.
