This comes from a magazine sent out by the Children's Diabetes Foundation at Denver. 1/4 cup = 4 grams carbohydrates and 1 grams fat
- 1 cup no-sugar-added nonfat strawberry yogurt (8 oz.)
- 1 cup light whipped topping
- Mix yogurt and whipped topping with fork or wire whisk.
- Serve with fresh strawberries for dipping.
This was absolutely yummy! I didn't have any strawberries so I used banana's. I imagine any fruit will work.
