I love this, It is so good. It came from an old cookbook that I ended up with.
- Sprinkle strawberries with the sugar and let sit for a few minutes until they make some juice (mash them up a little bit.
- Fold strawberries into the cool whip.
- Pour the mixture onto the cake and chill for at least one hour.
- Peaches or another fruit of your choice can be used instead of strawberries.
