A Kraft recipe. Use as a dip for chicken nuggets or kebobs. Cooking time include refrigeration time.
- 1⁄2 cup sugar-free strawberry jam
- 3 ounces low-fat cream cheese
- 1⁄2 cup plain low-fat yogurt
- 1 tablespoon onion soup mix
- In a small saucepan over low heat melt the preserves.
- Add cream cheese; stir until smooth.
- Remove from heat; stir in low-fat yogurt and onion soup mix.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes or up to 3 days.
- Serve slightly chilled.
