These are ideal to put on cakes and desserts for decoration.


  1. Slice strawberries as thinley as possible and place on non stick baking sheet which is on a baking tray.
  2. Dust with icing sugar (not all icing sugar, I only put an amount because I needed to). If you have had the oven on for example for a pavlova turn off heat and place strawberries in oven and leave overnight. The heat must be very low to get a good crisp strawberry slice without burning. (Serving is for decoration).
  3. Remove from oven ad store in cool dry place not in a plastic container.
