      Wow - this is a very-berry cake! I had difficulty finding strawberry nectar so ended up using strawberry-banana nectar from the local Mexican grocery. My cakes didn't rise as much as usual so I'm guessing that the acidic nature of the strawberry-banana nectar reacted a bit with the cake mix. My family found the strawberry frosting to be too sweet and suggested using strawberry or plain Cool Whip next time to lighten up the flavors. All and all a fruity and pretty dessert. Thanks hammy!
