A unique lunch.
- If you like your bread toasted when eating it with cream cheese, toast the bread. It is not necessary.
- Spread the cream cheese evenly on one side of each slice.
- Slice the strawberries and place them evenly over one of the slices.
- Close the sandwich and halve it how you wish.
Hi Muffin Head, this is even better than Philadelphi's Strawberry Cream Cheese. I used the same bread as you, however, I added some honey to the strawberried and sort of macerated them a few minutes; also added a little orange zest. Delicious! I love it, because you can control the amounts of bnerries! What a great recipe! :yummy: Diane :)
