This is more than plenty to frost a 2 layer cake.
- 4 ounces butter
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons vanilla
- 4 ounces strawberries, pureed
- 7 cups powdered sugar
- Bring butter & cream cheese to room temperature.
- Blend (in a large bowl) until thoroughly combined.
- Add vanilla and strawberry puree.
- Blend again.
- Slowly add/blend powdered sugar.
