  2. This was really good! I used skim milk and low fat vanilla ice-cream but the drink was still nice & rich tasting due to the vanilla. I thought that a little bit of sweetener or sugar would have heightened the taste of the strawberries.

  5. They are starting to sell fresh strawberries here so I have been bying lots of them. I made this shake for my kids after-school snack. Well, I made one for myself too. What a yummy, creamy, delicious treat. I added a packet of Equal to mine because I have a real sweet tooth. Thanks for another great recipe.
