this is a really great topping for cheesecakes, cakes, desserts etc. i use it to put on top of French toast. YUM!! :D i came about this recipe when i had to do a breakfast assignment for school


  1. Place sugar an 2 tablespoons of cold water in a small saucepan and stir over low heat until sugar dissolves.
  2. Increase heat to high and bring mixture to the boil. Cook for 3 minutes or until mixture thickens slightly.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in strawberries. Set aside.
