I've seen recipes for a strawberry colada smoothies on here before, but all of them seem to contain coconut milk or cream of coconut. I wanted something a little healthier, so I devised this.
- 4 slices pineapple, canned
- 1⁄4 pineapple juice (reserved from the canned pineapple)
- 1 1⁄2 cups frozen strawberries
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup nonfat yogurt, coconut cream (2 6-oz. containers)
- Blend all ingredients together.
